If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.

Most of our outdoor furniture requires minimal assembly. Each product comes with clear instructions and the tools you need. If you have questions, feel free to contact us.
